How To Use:

First apply the liner, designing your desired look. You can line along top lashes only or do top and under lower lashes as well for a more dramatic look.  The liner will glide on smoothly (like a felt marker), dry quickly and won't smudge or transfer. The high tech “shadow side” glides on easily without creasing or fading and it can be applied in few different ways - apply over entire lid for a smoky eye look, through the crease for a more defined look or just around the lashes.
